  • INVESTING IN STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

While we can and do design and manufacture ourselves, collaboration and strategic partnerships are core elements of our manufacturing philosophy.   We sub-contract for other manufacturers and have a great network that we call on to find the best local, national and international manufacturing solutions for your complete product.

  • MADE IN CANADA

We’re a proud Canadian rotational molder.  We make all of our products in Ontario.  Our factory is in the quaint waterfront community of Cobourg, where we create living wage jobs and give back to charities and nonprofits in Northumberland County.  In a time when supporting Canada-made is an opportunity to reinvest in the local economy, bring your products and manufacturing needs to our Ontario-based rotational molding facility.

THE ROTOMOLDING PROCESS

The rotational molding process is a high-temperature, low-pressure plastic-forming process that uses heat and biaxial rotation (i.e., angular rotation on two axes) to produce hollow, one-piece parts.

During this process, we place rotomolding polymer (LLDPE) into the rotomold, heat it, and spin it at the perfect rotation to ensure the part has the ideal even wall thickness.

Once the rotomolded part is fully cured, the rotational molds are removed from the rotational molding oven and enter the cooling phase of the process.

Once the rotomolded parts are cooled, they are removed from the molds and prepared for further cooling and finishing. Finally, we reload the molds with polymer, and the process starts again.

We use various materials in this process, including FDA-approved food-grade plastics such as LLDPE (Linear low-density polyethylene) and HDPE (High-density polyethylene) for potable water and food applications.

We have spent significant time in research and development and troubleshooting to refine this process, equipping ourselves while developing the skills and tools to run even the most difficult parts.

We specialize in producing high-quality single, multi and foam layered rotational molded parts.
